Executive summary

SimpliLeads is a sales operation that runs on calls. Before this build, the calls themselves were a blind spot: they happened, they were recorded, and nothing systematic was learned from them.

Digital Boutique built a portal that treats every call as structured data. Each recording is transcribed, sentiment-scored, and converted into coaching output specific to that call — and the five systems the operation already depended on were pulled into the same surface, so the call, the pipeline record, the booking and the payment stop being four separate lookups.

The challenge

High-volume sales operations accumulate a paradox: the calls are the business, and the calls are the least measured thing in it. Recordings exist, but a recording is not a measurement. Reviewing them by hand does not scale past a handful per week, so in practice almost none get reviewed, and coaching is directed by whoever a manager happened to overhear.

The tooling made it worse rather than better. The dialer knew about calls, the CRM knew about the pipeline, the scheduler knew about bookings and the billing system knew about revenue — and none of them knew about each other. Answering an ordinary question about how a call turned out meant reconstructing it across four interfaces.

The requirement was a system where call quality became a number that could be tracked and coached against, and where that number sat next to the pipeline it was supposed to explain.

Approach

Analysis was made automatic rather than optional. Every recorded call runs the same path — transcript, sentiment trace, coaching summary — so coverage is total by construction instead of depending on anyone finding time. Because the output is structured rather than prose, it can be sorted, compared across reps and tracked over time.

The integrations were then treated as one surface rather than five feeds. BatchDialer, GoHighLevel, Calendly and Stripe write into a single portal, which is what lets a call sit beside the pipeline record and the booking it produced.

The Slack feed exists because timing decides whether analysis is useful. A coaching note surfaced the same day changes the next call; the same note in a weekly report is a post-mortem. Pushing outcomes to the team as they happen is what makes the analysis operational rather than archival.

Profile

Product
SimpliLeads — simplidash.dev
Industry
High-volume sales operations
Scope
Operator portal, call-analysis pipeline, five integrated systems
Challenge
Call quality was invisible — no systematic way to know what happened on a call, which reps needed coaching, or how the pipeline actually converted.

Services delivered

Call-analysis pipeline
Every recorded call is transcribed, sentiment-scored, and turned into per-call coaching output. Claude does the analysis; the pipeline runs call to score to coach without a human in the middle.
Unified operator portal
One surface where call outcomes, rep performance and pipeline state are read together, rather than assembled by hand from five separate tools.
Dialer and CRM integration
BatchDialer supplies the call stream and GoHighLevel holds the pipeline; both are stitched into the portal so a call and the record it belongs to are never separate objects.
Scheduling and billing
Calendly and Stripe wired into the same surface, so booked outcomes and their commercial consequences land against the same record as the call that produced them.
Real-time team feed
A Slack feed pushes call outcomes to the team as they happen, turning analysis from a report someone reads later into something the floor sees while it still matters.
