Architecture first

The data model and its constraints are decided before any interface exists. Most of what goes wrong later in a build is a decision that was never made explicitly at the start.

AI agents across the stack

Claude is the development engine, not an autocomplete — architecture, implementation, testing and deployment. It is also frequently the product: research agents, analysis pipelines and coaching output shipped as features.

Invariants enforced by the system

Rules that matter are made structural. A total that must tie is proven by a gate on every commit, not by someone remembering to check it.
